One of the most important things to keeping yourself from going insane is your mental health. There are a lot of things that can go into this. The career and counseling center put on a event called mind your health. This event was held in the library and was put on to show individuals how dealing with your mental health stresses can lead you very far in your life.

With everyday stresses in the work environment, they began to help us and show us some coping mechanisms that would help you in these situations so that you can work at the highest quality for your employer. A little known fact about stress and mental health is that is is more likely in those who don’t obtain the proper amount of sleep. We took a survey about our sleep habits as well as the amount of stress we have on a daily basis and were evaluated on all of these combined.
